How to add an Alarm user code?

Step 1: Press *5 on keypad

Step 2: Enter your 4 digit master code

Step 3: Enter next available user number (Example: 01, 02, 03 etc.)

Step 4: Enter new 4 digit user code

Step 5: Press # key TWICE to exit programming

Step 6: Try new 4 digit user code

How to Delete an Alarm user code?

Step 1: Press *5 on keypad

Step 2: Enter your 4 digit master code

Step 3: Enter user number you want to delete (Example: 01, 02, 03 etc.)

Step 4: Press * to delete user number

Step 5: Press # key TWICE to exit programming

Step 6: Try 4 digit user code to ensure it is NOT working

How to Change Time?

Step 1: Press *6 on Keypad

Step 2: Enter you 4 Digit Master Code

Step 3: Press 1

Step 4: Enter Military time (00:00) (Example 1:00PM would be 13:00)

Step 5: Press # key TWICE to exit programming

How to Trouble Shoot my system after hours?

Step 1: Press *2 to view trouble condition

Step 2: Please follow directions for the following troubleshooting codes

1 – Service Required

2 – AC Trouble

3 – Telephone Line Trouble

4 – Failure to Communicate

5 – Zone Fault

6 – Zone Tamper

7 – Wireless Device Low Battery (Batteries are not warrantied)

8 – Loss of Clock/Date

How to By Pass Zone?

Step 1: Press *1

Step 2: Enter Zone Number in two digits (Example: zone 1 would be entered 01)

Step 3: Press # to exit out of programming

Step 4: Zone is now by passed Arm system like normal
